Modulars

The first project began in Cody’s yard during summer 2025. One build turned into two, then three, and suddenly we had stumbled into an entirely new direction. Modular outdoor‑living pieces that could be built, moved, showcased, and refined.
From the calming waterfall feature to the planter pot and stone bench, each piece pushed us further into a future of prefab outdoor‑living design. What started as curiosity has become a full division, with firepits, entry columns, and lakefront gate pillars already in development.

These modular builds are crafted to sell and kept showcase ready, allowing clients to purchase and install them at a moment’s notice. With firepits, entry columns, and lakefront gate pillars already in development, this division is only getting started.
